Satyen has more than 12 years experience in on-shore and off-shore product/projects
development and consultancy, having led and managed cross-site product and project
teams. He has worked with world leaders in software such as Symantec, Bindview,
and CyberQuest and is proficient in software products delivery and in formulating
business solutions.

Satyen is adept at setting up and managing Offshore Development Centers (ODC’s)
and devising off-shore and on-site strategies to provide clients with quality deliverables.
He has vast experience in networking, compliance and system programming. His extensive
skill in managing offshore operations gives him the edge to implement strategic
business initiatives

William Webster – Director (Program & Process Management)

For more than 25 years, Mr. Webster has developed and managed state-of-the-art technology,
marketing, media and training solutions for a number of Fortune 500 Companies like
AT&T, General Motors, Hewlett Packard, Lucent, American Express, AVAYA, Aetna
US Healthcare and Bristol Myers Squibb.

Mr. Webster brings extensive leadership experience in off-shore management, web-based
marketing, software development methodologies, business strategy, organizational
infrastructure, product/business viability, and technology investment strategies.

Udyen Jain – Director (Finance & Legal)

Udyen holds a professional degree of CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of India. He has more than 12 years experience in diversified areas such as Audit,
Taxation, Compliance, Company Secretarial, Insurance, Finance, etc both in India
and internationally.

He has been involved in various projects like Joint Ventures for clients based in
USA, China and Singapore; Transfer Pricing Assignments, IPOs, Project Funding of
over 200 million dollars, Mergers, Acquisitions and Foreign Direct Investments.

Vincent Ooi – Director

Vincent has vast experience in technology management and consulting.
Vincent has more than 18 years of management, technical and business development
experiences that he has had in software and storage industry. He co-founded Agate Technologies
and worked in Conner Peripherals which was subsequently acquired by Seagate Technology.
